Temporary International Travel RestrictionsĮffective for trips planned to begin between November 30 and December 20 (inclusive), Global Safety & Security has suspended all University-sanctioned international travel by graduate students, whether as individuals or in groups. Temporary Requirements for Undergraduate Gatheringsįrom November 30 to December 21, 2021, undergraduate students and undergraduate student organizations may host gatherings in accordance with the Temporary Requirements for Undergraduate Student Social Gatherings. Non-academic student gatherings with more than 20 people are, in most cases, subject to new requirements. Student athletes participating in group practices and competitions must test three times per week, placing samples in a drop box by 10 a.m. Graduate students who are fully vaccinated will continue to test once per week, and those who are not fully vaccinated must test twice per week. Undergraduate students will now test twice per week regardless of vaccination status. Regardless of your test results, it is especially important that you adhere to all other requirements of the University’s Face Coverings Policy. Upon returning to campus from Thanksgiving break, undergraduate students must submit a COVID test as soon as they arrive. Until receiving a negative test, undergraduates must wear face coverings around roommates or suite mates.
